These terms govern your use of Proudly Tip-Free (the “Service”) at proudlytipfree.com. By using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

Proudly Tip-Free is a community directory of restaurants that do not expect tipping. Listings are community-submitted and may be curated by us, claimed by owners, or verified. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any listing’s tipping policy, hours, or details are current — policies change. If something looks wrong, please tell us.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don’t use the Service unlawfully or to abuse, spam, or impersonate others.

Listings, claiming & verification

Anyone signed in may claim an unclaimed listing. Claiming a listing you do not own, or misrepresenting a business, is prohibited and may result in removal. Verification confirms control of a business — typically via a one-time code sent by SMS to the business’s official public phone number.

SMS messaging terms

By initiating owner verification, you consent to receive a one-time verification code by SMS at the business phone number on file. Message frequency is limited to verification requests you start. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User content

You retain ownership of reviews and listing content you submit, and you grant us a license to display it within the Service. Keep it honest and lawful; we may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, or violates these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not responsible for your experience at any listed restaurant. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do.
